The cultivation of safety awareness and the formation of safety culture cannot be separated from effective safety training. Since 2024, Longwin Company has organized more than 5 specialized training sessions, including major accident hazard assessment, safety regulations, safety management system, and special equipment safety operation, with nearly 200 participants. On the morning of August 1, 2024, at 9:00 am, Dongguan Longwin Precision Technology Co., Ltd. and Hengli Town Emergency Branch jointly held a comprehensive emergency drill for aluminum melt leakage at Longwin Company Square.
The theme of this drill is to simulate four employees in a company's die-casting workshop adding aluminum ingots to a furnace. Due to the excessive amount of aluminum ingots added at once, the furnace bottom pressure was too high and ruptured. A large amount of aluminum liquid began to leak to the ground and gradually spread, causing a fire accident. The entire drill set up simulation operation, on-site leakage disposal, injured rescue, accident reporting, government emergency linkage support and other subjects.
1) The simulated furnace worker made an operational error during the furnace feeding process, resulting in a sudden leakage of aluminum liquid;
2) The on-site team leader immediately instructed the employees to control the leakage source, open the collection pool, shut down the on-site gas supply, and use fire sand to enclose the leaked aluminum liquid for disposal. All employees in the workshop were evacuated;
3) During the leakage disposal process, one employee was suddenly scalded by the leaked aluminum liquid. The on-site team leader immediately organized to help the injured employee to the medical point and reported the accident situation to the workshop manager;
4) After receiving the report, the workshop manager immediately rushed to the scene to organize and command emergency rescue work, and immediately reported the accident situation to the company's emergency command center (duty room).
