In 2024, Longwin Precision will conscientiously implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on safety production, implement the "Three Year Action Plan for Addressing the Root Causes of Safety Production 2024-2026", and hold monthly and weekly safety production hazard investigation and management and accident drills. Combined with a series of education and training activities, we will eliminate accident hazards from both ideology and action, prevent and contain major production safety accidents, and focus on consolidating the grassroots foundation of safety production and disaster prevention and reduction, and enhance emergency response capabilities.

At the Safety Production Month kickoff meeting, the company's EHS engineer, Mr. Shi Gong, organized all managers to watch the 2024 "Safety Education Warning Video". Mr. Huang Wenfu, the main person in charge of safety, delivered a safety speech, emphasizing that the company is a whole and a big family, and all employees are members of this family. Everyone should always tighten the string of safety in their work.

After the speech, Mr. Huang led the entire management team of the company to take a safety production responsibility oath and signed a safety responsibility agreement on site, ensuring that safety responsibilities are implemented in every department, team, and employee.

The cultivation of safety awareness and the formation of safety culture cannot be separated from effective safety training. We often say that a company or an employee who has not received effective safety education and training is the "biggest safety hazard". What Longwin Company needs to do is not just 'want me to be safe, but I want to be safe'.

Since 2024, Longwin Company has organized more than 5 specialized training sessions, including major accident hazard assessment, safety regulations, safety management system, and special equipment safety operation, with nearly 200 participants. After each training session, company leaders will share their experiences on-site and propose management improvement suggestions and requirements.

On the morning of August 1, 2024, at 9:00 am, Dongguan Longwin Precision Technology Co., Ltd. and Hengli Town Emergency Branch jointly held a comprehensive emergency drill for aluminum melt leakage at Longwin Company Square.

The theme of this drill is to simulate four employees in a company's die-casting workshop adding aluminum ingots to a furnace. Due to the excessive amount of aluminum ingots added at once, the furnace bottom pressure was too high and ruptured. A large amount of aluminum liquid began to leak to the ground and gradually spread, causing a fire accident. The entire drill set up simulation operation, on-site leakage disposal, injured rescue, accident reporting, government emergency linkage support and other subjects.

1) The simulated furnace worker made an operational error during the furnace feeding process, resulting in a sudden leakage of aluminum liquid;

2) The on-site team leader immediately instructed the employees to control the leakage source, open the collection pool, shut down the on-site gas supply, and use fire sand to enclose the leaked aluminum liquid for disposal. All employees in the workshop were evacuated;

3) During the leakage disposal process, one employee was suddenly scalded by the leaked aluminum liquid. The on-site team leader immediately organized to help the injured employee to the medical point and reported the accident situation to the workshop manager;

4) After receiving the report, the workshop manager immediately rushed to the scene to organize and command emergency rescue work, and immediately reported the accident situation to the company's emergency command center (duty room).

2) After receiving the accident report, the main person in charge of the company immediately rushed to the scene to command and instructed the duty room to report to 119, 120, the town emergency management bureau and other units for support, while simultaneously notifying nearby units and residents who may be affected to evacuate.

1) After receiving the report, the relevant government departments immediately activated the government emergency response procedures and organized emergency forces to rush to the scene of the accident for disposal. The first to arrive at the company for this drill was the Hengli Town Fire Brigade, followed by the town emergency management bureau, 120 and other relevant emergency support units;

2) After arriving at the company for firefighting and emergency response, the first thing to do is to contact the company's emergency command center, grasp the latest situation at the accident site, and take over the command of the scene, organize firefighting forces to rescue trapped personnel and extinguish the fire;

3) Upon arrival at the scene, immediately inspect the injured and transport them to the hospital for further treatment;

4) Other government departments will cooperate with their emergency functions to carry out on-site environmental monitoring, traffic control, personnel evacuation, logistics support, public opinion monitoring, and other work;

 This drill is jointly organized by the company and government departments, and the location of the drill is chosen to be the company square. The drill scene simulates an aluminum liquid leakage accident in the company's die-casting workshop; The main responsible persons of the company and leaders of various departments attach great importance to this drill. Prior to the drill, the participating teams, responsible persons, and government participating departments of the company held a coordination meeting in Conference Room 1, where detailed communication and exchange were conducted on the presentation details of the drill scenario;

The main person in charge of the company, the person in charge of Hengli Town, experts from Dongguan Emergency Industry Association and other relevant leaders personally attended the drill to observe and guide. High recognition was given to all aspects of this drill, especially the company's emergency response process, and instructions were given to further strengthen the control of pre incident prevention. At the same time, emergency preparedness for accidents should be done well, and on-site management should be strengthened.
